A2Z Maintenance Engineering Services Pvt Ltd is situated over at the Drgd Compound in Indore. It’s a pretty easy place to find once you are in that part of the city. Indore is a great place to work, always something new happening and the food nearby is always good. Our office in the compound is where we spend most of our time dealing with engineering problems and maintenance schedules. It’s not a very big space, but it fits everything we need like our desks and all the paperwork we have to keep track of. The compound itself has other businesses too, so there is a nice sense of being part of a local community. We don’t do anything too flashy here. We just show up, look at what needs fixing, and try to get it sorted out. Sometimes the work is a bit messy, but that is engineering for you. We’ve been in the Drgd Compound long enough that the security guards and the neighbors all know us by name. It’s a comfortable setup and it allows us to focus on the technical side of things without too many distractions. We don’t have a big corporate structure or anything like that. It’s just a few of us making sure the maintenance work gets done. If the fans are running and the lights are on, we’re usually in there working on something.
