We run A S M Projects Pvt Ltd out of Adarsh Nagar. Our office is at 92 Akash Neem Marg. It’s a decent area with some nice trees around the streets. Because we work on various projects, we aren't always sitting in the office. A lot of our time is spent out on different sites. When we are in the office, it’s usually to plan things out or talk to our suppliers. Blueprints and project charts are pinned all over the walls. The space is often a bit cluttered with material samples and maps. That’s just the way we work best. We aren't a big fancy firm with a lobby and a water feature. A workshop feel is more our style since it helps us get things done. We’ve been at this for some time now and have seen many things change in the industry. Construction work and projects can be a real headache sometimes. Weather delays or materials not arriving on time can stop the work. You just have to deal with those things as they come and be practical. Impressing people with a shiny office space isn't our priority. We’d rather just get the job done right for the people who hire us. If you’re on Akash Neem Marg, look for number 92.
