We've been over here in Bajghera Palam Vihar for a while now, specifically at I 707. 4 M Executive Search is mostly just about helping companies find people when they have a spot to fill. It’s a lot of phone calls and looking through lists of names. Some days are busier than others. We aren't a giant office with hundreds of people. It’s just us working through the details and trying to match things up right. Palam Vihar is a decent spot for this kind of work because it’s easy enough for people to find us if they need to drop by. We deal with all sorts of roles. It takes time to get it right. Usually, we're just sitting at the desks, looking at resumes and talking to folks who are looking for a change. It’s pretty straightforward stuff. No fancy meetings or anything like that. Just 4 M Executive Search doing the daily grind. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the paperwork piles up a bit. That’s just how it goes when you’re dealing with so many different people and companies at once. We’ve seen the area change over the years. We stay busy enough. If someone needs a new hire, they usually just give us a call and we see what we can find in our database. It is not magic, just hard work and being persistent with the search.
