Escape Terrace Bar Kitchen

Our place is at R - 02 on the second floor of the Galleria Market in DLF City Phase IV. If you’ve ever been to Gurgaon, you know how Galleria can get. It’s always packed with people running errands or grabbing coffee. We are right in the middle of all that action. Being on the second floor gives us a bit of a terrace space, which is where we spend most of our time. Gurgaon summers are no joke, so we’re usually messing with the fans or trying to keep things cool. The kitchen stays pretty busy from the afternoon onwards. It’s not a huge space, so we’re often bumping into each other when it gets crowded. We do a mix of things here, mostly just simple food and drinks that people like. The staff has been here for a while, and we’ve seen the market change quite a bit over the years. Some days are slower than others, especially when it rains and the roads in Phase IV get messy. We just keep the lights on and wait for the evening crowd to show up. It’s a practical setup, nothing too polished or over the top. We focus on the daily chores like checking the inventory and making sure the kitchen is stocked for the night. It’s a lot of work but it’s what we do. We’re just another part of the Gurgaon landscape.
