Working out of the Ericsson Forum in DLF Cybercity is definitely an experience. We are located in Sector 25A, which is a massive hub of activity. If you’ve ever been to Cybercity, you know it feels like its own little world. There are glass buildings everywhere and people constantly moving between them. Our space in the forum isn’t about flashy decorations or corporate slogans. It’s just where we come to do our jobs every morning. The commute into Sector 25A can be a bit of a headache with the traffic, but once we’re at the desk, things get moving. We spend a lot of time in meetings or looking at data on our monitors. It’s a professional environment but we try to keep things down to earth among the staff. We don’t talk much about grand visions; we just focus on the tasks we have for the week. There’s a lot of coffee involved and the occasional lunch break at one of the spots nearby. The building itself is quite modern, but our actual work area is pretty standard with cubicles and shared tables. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy when everyone is on the phone at once. We’ve been part of the Cybercity landscape for a while, watching new buildings go up around us. It’s a fast-paced place, but we try to maintain a steady rhythm without getting caught up in the stress of it all. It takes a certain kind of patience to work here every day.
