Encompass Events. We are located at 2930, right near the highway in Section 31. The Main Huda Market is just a stone's throw away, which is handy when we need to grab something quick. Gurgaon is always moving fast, and our office reflects that. It’s a bit of a mix of people shouting across the room and phones ringing. We’ve been in this spot for a bit. The building isn't new, but it works for us. We handle all sorts of events, which means our storage area is usually a mess of cables, old posters, and half-empty boxes of tape. The commute here can be a nightmare because of the highway traffic, so half the staff is usually complaining about that in the morning while they wait for their tea. We don’t have a receptionist or anything; usually, whoever is closest to the door just opens it. It’s practical work. We spend our days arguing with caterers or checking if the stage builders got the measurements right this time. Sometimes things go wrong, like a tent leaking or a mic not working, and we just have to figure it out on the fly. It's not some high-end polished life. We’re just a bunch of people in a room trying to make sure the parties and meetings we organize actually happen the way they’re supposed to without any big disasters. We take it one day at a time here in Sector 31 and try to keep things moving forward.
