Ekta Taxi Service

Ekta Taxi Service has been sitting right near the Sector 51 red light for a long time. Our spot in Indra Colony is close to Sector 52, so we see a lot of traffic passing by all day and night. It is a loud place with all the horns and engines, but it is a good spot for us because everyone knows where the red light is. We have a few cars parked nearby and the drivers are usually sitting around having tea or checking their phones while waiting for a call to come in. The office is not much to look at, just a place to keep the keys and the logbook where we write down the trips. We do a lot of local runs and sometimes longer ones if someone needs to get across town in a hurry. The roads around here can get pretty messy when it rains, so we spend a lot of time washing the cars so they don't look too bad when they show up at a customer’s house. It is a simple way to earn a living and we have been doing it this way for years now. We know all the shortcuts and which roads to avoid when the office rush starts. We do not have a fancy website or an app, people mostly just call us or walk over to the stand when they need a ride somewhere.
