Dsi-Star Vision-Dth

Over at 196/16 Railway Road in Nai Basti you can find our shop. Dsi-Star Vision-Dth is where we deal with television signals and boxes. It’s a small place packed with remotes and cables. We spend a lot of time out on rooftops putting up dishes which is tough when the sun is out. When we are in the shop we are mostly testing boxes or helping people pay their monthly fees. The neighborhood of Nai Basti is tight and the streets are narrow so parking can be a real headache. I usually keep a motorbike parked right outside for quick service calls. We don't have a big staff just a few of us who know how to wire things up. People often lose their remotes or the batteries leak and they come here for a replacement. We have a small TV on the wall to check if the signal is working right. It’s not always quiet here because the trains pass by close enough to hear them. We've got a lot of spare parts in plastic bins under the counter. It's a bit cluttered but it works for us. We don't use any fancy sales talk. We just tell you why the picture is fuzzy and how to fix it. It's a simple life. Sometimes we have to climb up very high ladders which can be a bit scary if it's windy. We just keep our heads down and do the wiring.
