DOSA EXPRESS

DOSA EXPRESS is located right on the Old Delhi Gurgaon Road at Plot No. 1428. If you are looking for us, we are right across from Pasco Motors and the Maruti company in Udhyog Vihar Sector-18. It is a very industrial part of Gurgaon, 122001, and the road outside is always full of trucks and people commuting to the factories. We stay busy because there are so many workers in the area who need a quick meal. The tawa stays hot from the moment we open until we close up at night. It isn't a quiet place to have a romantic dinner. It’s loud, fast, and smells like sambar and oil. We have a small team here, and we’ve all learned to move fast to keep up with the lunch rush. Sometimes the line gets out the door when the shifts change at the nearby plants. We don't have fancy menus or cloth napkins. We just serve the food on simple plates and keep moving to the next order. The traffic noise from the main road is constant, but you stop noticing it after an hour or two. We’ve been at this spot for a while now, and we know exactly when the busiest times will be. It’s just a hard-working kitchen in a hard-working part of town. We keep it simple and keep the orders moving fast.
