Dosa Delight South Indian Delicacies

Gurgaon Dreamz Mall is where you can find us. We are up on the 2nd Floor. Dosa Delight South Indian Delicacies is the full name we used. It's a bit of a mouthful for a shop. Old Railway Road is usually a mess of traffic. Being at the Sec 4 & 7 Crossing means there are always cars honking outside. Inside the mall, it is a bit quieter but not much. We have a small kitchen area. The mall air conditioning helps because the kitchen gets very hot with the big tawas running. We have been here for a bit now. 122001 is the area code. We see a lot of families on the weekends. During the week, it's mostly people working nearby. We don't use any fancy machines, just the flat top and our hands. Sometimes the mall elevators are slow, so people come in a bit annoyed. We just give them their food and let them sit. Dealing with mall management is its own thing, but we just focus on the cooking part. We have to bring all our supplies up through the service lift. It’s a lot of heavy bags of rice and lentils to carry. My back usually hurts by the end of the shift. But that's just the job. We aren't a big chain or anything, just a spot in the mall where you can sit down for a bit. The menu is simple. We don't change it much because we know what people like to eat.
