We are located on Basai Road, just a little way down from the Old Ved Mata Mandir. It’s a small shop called Divya Communication. Mostly, we spend our time doing mobile recharges and fixing small issues people have with their phones. The road outside is always full of cars and bikes, so it can be quite loud and dusty throughout the day. I usually have a small workspace in the corner with a few tools where I try to fix broken charging ports or replace old batteries. It’s slow work and requires a lot of patience. Sometimes the parts don't arrive on time and we have to explain that to the customers. We also sell things like screen guards, cables, and basic phone covers. We don't have a lot of space for people to sit, so they usually stand outside while they wait for their recharge to go through. The walls are covered with posters for different mobile networks that have been there for years. We aren't some big electronic showroom with air conditioning. It’s just a practical place for the locals to get their tech problems sorted out. On some days, when the temple has a special ceremony, the whole area gets very crowded. We stay open late those days because more people are out and about. It’s a decent life and we’ve made many friends in the neighborhood since we started this shop. We just keep our tools ready and see what comes in.
