Dilli Height

Dilli Height is over in DLF City Phase 2 in Gurgaon. We are quite close to the Cyber City area, so there are always a lot of office people walking around nearby. Our place is basically where we spend all our time from morning until late at night. It’s not a huge corporate office or anything, just a spot where we serve food and keep things running. The atmosphere in Phase 2 is usually pretty fast, and we try to keep pace with that. We have a few tables and a kitchen that stays busy most of the time. Sometimes the power goes out or the water tap acts up, and we have to fix it ourselves while customers are waiting. That’s just how it goes with running a small place. We do not have a fancy website or a marketing person. It’s just us and the cooks. We see a lot of the same faces every day, mostly people who work in the tall buildings nearby and want a break. The location is good because people can find us easily once they get into the DLF area. We handle the inventory, the cleaning, and the cooking every single day. It’s a lot of work, but we are used to it by now. We just stay focused on the tasks in front of us and try to make sure everything is ready before the lunch rush hits. There’s always someone new walking in.
