Dev Communication is right in the middle of Kataria Market on New Railway Road. If you know the market, you know it’s always packed with people looking for electronics and repairs. We’ve been in this spot for quite a while now. The shop is small, but we pack a lot of inventory into it. There are shelves full of parts, cables, and gadgets all the way to the ceiling. It’s a bit of a squeeze when there are more than three customers inside at once, but we make it work. We do a lot of talking here, mostly explaining how things work or what needs fixing on a device. The noise from the market is constant—people shouting, horns honking, and music playing from the neighboring shops. You get used to it after a few days. We don’t have a fancy website or a dedicated marketing team. People just find us because we’re here in the market every single day. Our counters are a bit scratched up from years of heavy use, but they’ve seen a lot of good work and satisfied people. We usually have the radio on in the background, playing whatever the local station has on. It’s a local business through and through. We know most of the other shopkeepers around here and often share snacks. We help each other out when someone needs change or a spare tool. It’s not a polished corporate store. It’s just a place where you can come to get your communication stuff sorted out without any fuss.
