Dalchini Take Away & Home Delivery

Dalchini is located at Shop No-1, right at the New Colony More. We are positioned right next to the More Departmental Store, which is where most people recognize the location. Being in Gurgaon, things are always frantic, but our little shop stays pretty focused on the tasks at hand. It’s a takeaway and delivery spot, so there isn't much room for sitting around. The kitchen takes up most of the space, and it gets quite warm when everything is running. We have the delivery bikes parked out front, ready to go as soon as something is prepared. The noise from the New Colony More junction is constant, with people coming and going from the departmental store all day long. We don't have a big fancy dining area or decorations. It’s just the counters, the stove, and the bags waiting to be filled. Sometimes the rain makes the delivery part tricky, but we just put on our jackets and keep at it. It’s a small operation with just a few of us. We aren't trying to be a five-star restaurant. We are just a local shop in a busy part of town making sure people get their food at home. It’s hard work and the hours are long, but we like the pace of it. Being next to the big store helps people find us.
