Coriander Leaf Restaurant

Coriander Leaf Restaurant is located on the ground floor of the Vatika Triangle building on MG Road. We are in Block-A of Sushant Lok, which is a very busy part of Gurgaon. Being on the ground floor means we have a lot of people walking past our windows all day long. We see the commuters heading to the metro and the office workers coming in for their morning meetings. We have been here for a long time and have become a regular part of the building's daily life. We don't use any fancy language to talk about what we do. We are just a team that shows up early to start the kitchen and stays late to clean everything up. The work is repetitive, but we have a good rhythm going. We don't have a big corporate mission. We just want to get the orders right and make sure the tables are ready for the next person. Sometimes it gets incredibly loud and hectic during the middle of the day, but we just focus on the task at hand. The Gurgaon heat can be tough, but we have our ways of staying cool. We know many of our customers by name because they work in the offices upstairs. It is a straightforward way to run a restaurant. We don't make things complicated; we just do the work that needs doing.
