Colonels Kababz Ess Dee Foods

Our place, Colonels Kababz Ess Dee Foods, is inside the Shopping Mall in DLF Phase 1. You can find us at unit B-16. It is a well-known mall in this part of Gurgaon. We have been here for a long time. People usually just call us Colonels Kababz when they come by. The kitchen is always busy with the grills and the prep work. We don't have a lot of room, so we have to be smart about how we work. Marinating the meats and getting the spices right takes up a lot of our morning. We aren't a big fancy restaurant with a lot of decorations. It is more about the food for us. Being in the mall means we see a lot of different people every day. Some are regulars who have been coming for years, and others are just passing through. We don't have a marketing team or a social media manager. We just open the shutters and start cooking. It is a lot of work, and the mall can get very crowded on the weekends. We just stick to our routine and make sure we are ready when the customers start arriving. It is a straightforward business and we have no plans to change how we do things. We just keep our heads down and focus on the orders we have.
