City Cellpoint

Our place, City Cellpoint, is right at M G Road Sikanderpur 2. It is a prime spot near the metro, so there is never a dull moment. The foot traffic is constant, with people rushing to work or coming back home. We deal with mobile phones and all the little things that go with them. The shop is small and can get quite cramped when more than three people are inside. We have glass cases filled with various handsets and a wall covered in charging cables. The noise from the main road is always there, but we don't mind it much anymore. Most of our day is spent answering the same questions about data plans or battery life. We do repairs too, though the lighting isn't always the best for those tiny phone parts. Sometimes we have to wait a couple of days for a specific part to arrive, and we just tell the customer to check back later. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything; we just rely on people seeing the sign as they walk to the station. It is a straightforward way of living. We open up, talk to the customers, fix what we can, and then head home when the metro traffic starts to thin out. It’s just a regular shop on a very busy street, doing what we can to stay busy and help people out.
