Chaddha Decorator & Caterers

Our shop is located on Qutab Enclave Main Road at L-8. Chaddha Decorator & Caterers has been part of this community for a long time. Most days, you will find us loading trucks with tents, chairs, or large cooking pots for a function nearby. We don't have a fancy showroom or anything like that. Our workspace is filled with rolls of fabric and kitchen equipment that we use for local weddings and family gatherings. Managing both the food and the decor can be a bit of a juggle, especially when two events happen on the same weekend. We have a small crew of guys who have worked with us for years. They know exactly where the poles go and how to set up the buffet tables quickly. When it comes to the food, we stick to recipes that people around here like. It is standard fare, nothing too experimental, because we know what works for a large crowd. We spend a lot of time on the phone coordinating with flower suppliers or vegetable vendors. If there is a power cut or a sudden rain shower during a setup, we just deal with it as it comes. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the city. We just want to make sure the local families who hire us have their chairs in place and the food arrives on time. It is hard work, but it keeps us busy.
