Out here at 157, Naurangpur Sec-78, things can get pretty quiet compared to the main city areas. It’s a bit of a drive to get here every morning, but once you’re inside the gates, it feels like its own little world. We have a good group of people working here who don’t mind getting their hands dirty when they need to. The building is solid, and we’ve tried to make it as comfortable as possible for everyone during those long shifts. You’ll usually find someone checking the inventory or moving things around the floor. We don’t really do the whole corporate meeting thing in big boardrooms; we usually just talk about what needs doing while we’re standing around the equipment. There’s a lot of technical stuff involved in what we do, but we try to keep it simple. If something breaks, we fix it. If a deadline is coming up, we stay late. The weather gets really hot in the summer, and the fans never seem to be fast enough, but nobody complains much. We just grab a cold water and get back to it. There is a small tea stall just down the road that everyone goes to around four o’clock. It’s just a normal place where normal people come to work every day. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to do our part and go home on time at the end of the shift.
