Batra Communication

We are set up at 378/15 in Jacombpura, right in the middle of all the noise and activity. Batra Communication is basically a small hub for anyone needing help with their phones or connections. We have glass counters filled with different mobile accessories, chargers, and screen protectors. It’s a narrow space, so if more than three people come in at once, it feels a bit crowded. Most of our day is spent helping people understand their data plans or trying to fix a screen that someone dropped on the pavement. The street outside is always full of people shouting or bikes honking, so we usually have to speak up a bit. We don't have a fancy waiting area; people just stand around the counter while we work on their devices. Sometimes the internet goes down and we can't process recharges, which makes everyone a bit grumpy, but we just wait it out. My hands are usually busy with tiny screws or wiping down glass surfaces. We’ve been in Jacumpura long enough to know the other shop owners on the block. We often share a cup of tea in the afternoon when things slow down for a few minutes. It’s just a regular local shop where we try to keep things working for the folks who live nearby. We don't make a big deal out of it, we just do the work.
