You can find us over on Rajiv Nagar Bus Stand Road, right inside Gali No-5 in Kataria Market. It’s a busy little spot and we’ve been here for a while now. We mostly focus on fixing mobile phones that have stopped working or have broken screens. We also do recharges and sell things like cables and cheap headphones. The shop is quite small, so it can get a bit cramped when three or four people are inside at once. We have a simple glass counter where we keep the accessories, and a small workbench in the back where all the actual repair work happens. It’s not one of those big, shiny mobile showrooms you see in the malls. It’s just a practical shop for people who need their phones fixed quickly and for a fair price. Sometimes we have to wait for a specific part to arrive from the supplier, which can take a few days, and we have to tell the customer to be patient. We drink a lot of tea while we’re working on the tiny circuits and screws. Kataria Market is always noisy and full of people, which keeps us busy. We don’t bother with marketing or anything like that. People just walk in when they see the sign or when a friend tells them about us. We try to do a decent job so that people come back if they have more trouble. It’s a lot of squinting at small parts, but it’s what we do.
