We are based in Gurgaon, specifically at S32, House No 8 & 9 in DLF Phase-III. It is a bit different because we are operating out of a house rather than a big glass office building. This gives the place a much more relaxed feel. We have converted the rooms into workspaces where we handle all the entertainment agency stuff. There are usually scripts, schedules, and photos of performers lying around on the tables. Since we are an entertainment agency, things can get pretty interesting. We spend a lot of time talking to talent and organizing bookings. It is not your typical nine-to-five job. Sometimes we are working late into the night to finish a contract or sort out travel for someone. The kitchen is usually full of coffee mugs and the living room area is where we have our more informal chats. We don't have a big sign out front or anything. It is just us working in a quiet residential area, which is nice because it gets us away from the main city noise. We are a small team and we handle everything ourselves. There is no corporate ladder here, just people doing their jobs and making sure the agency runs smoothly. It is a practical way to work and it keeps our feet on the ground. We have a few cats that hang around the porch too, which makes it feel even less like a real office.
