We are located at Kendriya Vihar Ms-1, in Flat No-206, Sector-56, Gurgaon. It might seem a bit unusual for American Express Services India Ltd to be in a flat, but that is where we are. Sector-56 is a busy part of Gurgaon, with apartments and shops everywhere you look. Our office feels more like a home than a sterile business environment. We have a kitchen where we make our own coffee and a balcony that overlooks the other buildings in the complex. It’s actually quite nice when it rains. We handle various service tasks here, mostly paperwork and coordination. The walk from the main gate of Kendriya Vihar to our block takes a few minutes, and we usually see the same security guards every day. Gurgaon is always full of construction noise and dust, but once you get inside Flat 206, it’s relatively calm. We don’t have a big lobby or a glass elevator. We just have a doorbell and some nameplates. Sometimes the lift in the building stops working, and we have to take the stairs, which isn’t great in the summer heat. We aren't a massive call center with hundreds of people; we are a smaller team just doing our part of the work. We keep things simple and try to stay organized despite the limited space. It’s a practical setup for the kind of work we do every day.
