Akarshan Intl Outdoor Catering

So, we are over here at C-25Ab in Shushant Lok-I. This is where Akarshan Intl Outdoor Catering is based. It is a pretty busy part of Gurgaon if you know the area. Most days start early because things need to get moving and there is always someone coming or going. The building itself is just a normal spot in the colony. We have been here for a bit now. Sometimes the traffic on the main road gets a bit much, especially during the rush hours, but you get used to it after a while. Shushant Lok-I is one of those places that feels like it is always changing, but our corner stays mostly the same. We do not really do anything fancy with the office. It is mostly just where the planning happens and where we keep our notes. People ask where we are and we just tell them to find C-25Ab. It is easier that way. My desk is usually covered in papers from the last few days. It is not a corporate office with glass walls or anything like that. It is just a place where we get the work done. The neighbors are alright, mostly families and a few other small setups like ours. Sometimes the power goes out, which is just how Gurgaon is, but we manage. You just keep going. It is not always quiet here, but it works for us. We just focus on what needs to be done each morning.
