Aircel Store

Being located at G-11 in Bestech Central Square means we see a lot of people walking by with shopping bags. This part of Ansal Palam Vihar is usually lively, especially on the weekends when families come out. At the Aircel Store, we have a glass front that lets us see everyone passing through the mall corridor. It is a clean space, mostly because the mall staff sweeps the floors all the time. We have a few counters where we sit and talk to people about their connections or signal issues. Sometimes the mall music is a bit loud but we are used to it now. We keep some brochures on the table but they mostly just get moved around. There is a small back room where we keep our bags and have a quick lunch when it is quiet. The lighting is very bright which makes the place feel bigger than it actually is. We spend a lot of time on the phone or typing things into the system. It is a bit different from a street shop because we don't have to worry about the dust or the rain as much. However, we do have to follow the mall rules about when we can open and close. People often stop in just to ask for directions to another shop in the plaza. We tell them where to go and then get back to our work. It is a steady pace most days.
