Air Connect

You can find us over at M G Road, number 21. It’s a busy part of town with a lot of traffic and people always rushing somewhere. We’ve been running Air Connect from this spot for a good while. Most of what we do involves getting people set up with their internet and communication needs. Since we are on M G Road, we see a lot of office workers and shop owners coming in. They usually have issues with their connection or need a new setup for their home or small office. We don't have a big fancy lobby, just a practical space where we can test equipment and talk to people. Sometimes we have to go out to the buildings nearby to fix wires or install new routers. It gets pretty hectic when there’s a line cut somewhere or a big storm messes things up. We just try to get everyone back online as soon as possible. Our desks are usually covered in cables and various routers we’re testing. We aren’t a giant company with a call center. When you call, you’re usually talking to one of us who is actually going to do the work. We know the buildings around here pretty well by now. It’s a lot of walking and climbing sometimes, but it’s what we do. We like being right in the middle of things on MG Road, helping out our neighbors with their digital connections every day.
