Adhyan Projects Private Limited is located in Building 9B, way up on the 7th floor of DLF Cyber City Phase III. If you’ve ever been to this part of Gurgaon, you know it’s all big glass buildings and thousands of people rushing around in suits. It can feel a bit overwhelming sometimes. Our office is just one of many in this huge complex. We spend a fair amount of time waiting for elevators or looking out the windows at the other high-rises nearby. It’s a very formal environment outside, but inside our doors, we try to keep things a bit more relaxed. There are blueprints and project files scattered across the desks. We handle the daily details and try to stay on top of the endless paperwork. The walk from the Metro can be long in the heat, so we’re usually ready for a seat by the time we get here. It’s mostly about managing the flow of tasks and making sure nothing important gets missed in the rush. We aren't trying to be the most famous company in the tower. We just do our work and keep to ourselves. The air conditioning is always humming, and the lights are bright. It’s a busy life here, and we are just a small part of it, making sure our projects stay on track day after day. It’s a lot of emails and phone calls, but that is just the job we do.
