Down at Shops 20 and 21 in the South City 1 Market, you’ll find the Ace Hospitality team. We are right near the Mother Dairy, which is a handy landmark for anyone trying to find us in Gurgaon. The market is always buzzing, and we are right in the middle of it all. We spend our days sorting out stuff for guests and making sure everything is ready for whoever is coming through. It's a lot of list-making and double-checking. Sometimes the fridge breaks or a delivery doesn't show up, and we just have to figure it out on the fly. That’s the nature of this kind of work. We aren't some massive chain with a manual for everything. We just use our common sense and try to be helpful. The office is small and usually has crates or boxes sitting around. We’ve been here long enough that we know most of the other shop owners. It feels like a little community. We don't do much marketing because we’re usually too busy actually doing the work. If you drop by, you might see us running around or staring at a schedule. It’s not glamorous, but it keeps us busy and the bills paid. We just take it one day at a time here at Ace Hospitality. South City 1 is our home, and we like it that way despite the noise and the crowd.
