We started Jyoti Placement Services here in Pooja Colony a while back. It’s mostly just us trying to help people find work that fits them. Looking for a job is tough these days, and we saw a lot of folks in the neighborhood struggling with it. So, we set up this little office to bridge that gap. We don't have a fancy setup or anything, just a few desks and a lot of phone calls. Sometimes it’s busy, sometimes it’s quiet. We talk to different companies and see who they need, then we try to match them with the people who come through our door. It’s not always a perfect process, but we do what we can. People come in from all over the area, and we just try to be straight with them about what's available. If a job isn't right, we say so. We've lived around here for a long time, so we know the community pretty well. The office is small, but it gets the job done. We’ve had some people coming back for years whenever they need a change. It's nice to see familiar faces. We don't use any high-tech systems, just regular folders and a bit of patience. Most days it’s just sorting through papers and answering emails. We keep things pretty simple. There isn't any big secret to how we do things, just showing up and making those connections. It’s just a local business trying to keep things moving.
