Our office or house, depending on how you look at it, is right in the middle of where all the staff stays. People here know Acc Holcim as the main thing in town. It isn't like a big city office with glass walls. It's more about dusty boots and heavy equipment. We spend our days dealing with the heat and making sure the work gets done.
