Wadi is known for its industrial roots, and being right in the colony means we are close to everything. The building is a standard quarter, which is common in this area. The weather in Gulbarga can get incredibly hot, especially in the middle of the year, so we try to keep the office as cool as possible. We have been working out of this spot for a decent amount of time. People in the colony are mostly workers and their families, so it feels like a close-knit place. We just focus on our daily chores and manage the tasks that come our way. There is no corporate vibe here; it is just us doing our jobs. We take our breaks at the local spots and get to know the people living around us. It is a very straightforward way of working. We don't have any big mission statements hanging on the wall. We just show up, do what needs to be done, and head home. It is a practical arrangement that has worked well for us over the years.
