This unit is over in P.O. Wadi 585, 225, in the Bhim Nagar area. It’s a big site compared to some of the smaller shops around here, but for those of us working on the ground, it feels like a regular workplace. We spend our shifts making sure everything is running the way it should. There’s a lot of machinery and it’s quite a walk from one end of the yard to the other. Living and working around Bhim Nagar means you get used to the rhythm of the place. We don’t have much time for fancy talk; there’s always a machine that needs checking or a load that needs to be moved. The office part of the building is where all the scheduling happens, but the real work is out in the plant. Even though we’re part of a larger name, this specific spot in Wadi has its own feel. We know the local guys who work the different shifts. The dust is a constant companion here, and the sound of the plant is something you eventually stop hearing. We just focus on getting through the daily tasks and making sure everyone stays safe. It’s a long day, especially when the weather is hot, but we’ve got a good group of people here. We just take it one day at a time, keeping the production moving. It's not the easiest job in the world, but it keeps us busy and pays the bills.
