Unisert Machines is tucked away over at Plot 228 in the Udhyog Kendra-Ii area, part of Echotech-Iii. It’s a busy corner and sometimes the traffic getting in here is a real headache. Most of our days start pretty early when the gates open and the guys start moving parts around. It isn't a fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s a workplace where things get done. You’ll see grease on the tables and piles of metal components waiting to be sorted. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit around the tea stall outside for a bit until things get moving again. We have been in this spot for a while now and the neighbors know us. It’s just how it is. There are no big meetings or polished speeches here, just the sound of the machines running and people shouting to be heard over the noise. We keep a small crew and most of us have been working together for years. Lunch is usually a quiet time when we all sit in the back. It’s a simple way of doing things, but it works for us. We don’t spend much time on decorations because there’s too much work to do. If you come by, you might find the floor a bit dusty, but that’s because we’re actually making things every day. It’s just a normal business trying to get through the week and keep the orders moving along.
