We are located at Shop No Gs-01 in Udyog Vihar, specifically in the Industrial Area Site C. It’s an area with a lot of warehouses and trucks moving around all day long. Care India has been operating out of this unit for a few years now. It’s a practical space, nothing too fancy to look at. We have a front counter and then a big area in the back where we keep everything stored on metal racks. The walls are painted a plain white and we have some old metal chairs for when people need to wait. Being in an industrial area means things can get a bit loud with the machinery nearby, but it’s a good spot for what we do. We usually start our day very early, before the traffic really picks up on the main roads into the city. We make a lot of phone calls and handle a lot of paperwork throughout the afternoon. Sometimes the air conditioning struggles when it gets really hot in July, so we just use the standing fans to stay cool. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It's just a few of us here trying to keep things running smoothly. We know the other shop owners nearby and we sometimes share a meal or help each other out with deliveries. It’s a decent place to work and we’ve gotten to know the regular faces who come through Site C every day.
