Working out of Shivalik Home is a bit different than being in a massive industrial park. ABRASIVES TECNO SOLU. COMAPANY is a small operation, and we like it that way. It’s more of a personal setup where we handle everything ourselves. When we started, we didn't want a huge, cold office. Instead, we have this spot where we can manage the abrasive products we supply. It is a bit quieter around here, which helps when we are trying to get the books in order or talk to a supplier on the phone. We don't have a team of receptionists or a big marketing department. It’s just a few of us making sure the orders are packed and ready. Most of our day is spent coordinating deliveries and checking the quality of what we have. Abrasives are a niche thing, so we spend a lot of time explaining how different wheels or papers work for specific jobs. We don’t use fancy language or try to sound bigger than we are. If you call, you’ll likely talk to someone who is actually holding a box or looking at the shelf. It’s a practical business. We’ve got some storage space that’s getting a bit tight lately, but we manage. Sometimes the neighbors wonder what we’re up to with all the packages, but it’s just regular trade. We are just local people trying to provide something useful to the industry.
