R B Plastic

If you walk through Sharma Market in Harola, you will find R B Plastic. We are on the ground floor of Baba Arcade, shop number 12. Sector-5 is a busy spot in Noida, and there is always something going on outside our door. Being on the ground floor means we get a lot of people just walking by and peeking in. Our space is filled with the smell of processed plastic and the hum of the machines we use. It is not a big place, so we have to be very organized with our stock. We have bags and containers stacked up almost to the ceiling sometimes. It is a bit of a squeeze when a new shipment comes in. We spend most of the day monitoring the production and making sure the molds are doing what they are supposed to. The heat from the machines can be intense, especially in the summer months, but we are used to it by now. We don't do much in terms of marketing; most people find us because they are already in the market for something else. We keep a ledger on the main desk and handle everything manually for the most part. It’s a very hands-on type of job. We take our breaks on the steps outside when it is quiet. It is just a small local business trying to keep up with the daily orders.
