Our place is located at B-2/9 in Site-B of the Surajpur Industrial Area. We deal with pollution control stuff, which means there’s often a lot of metalwork and assembly going on. It’s a noisy environment most of the time, with the sound of cutting or welding in the background. We don't have a fancy front desk with a receptionist. Usually, whoever is nearest the door will help you out. We’ve been in this industrial zone for quite a while now. The building is a bit older, and the walls have some scuffs, but it serves us well. We aren’t really into the corporate polish. We just care about building equipment that actually does its job. Some days are slow, and other days it feels like we can't move for all the crates waiting to go out. We spend a lot of time on the floor checking things. It’s a lot of manual work and technical fixing. The team here is small, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. We don't write big reports or have long meetings. We just talk about what needs to be built and then we do it. Surajpur can be a bit of a trek to get to, but it’s a good place for this kind of heavy work. We just keep our heads down and try to get the orders finished without too much fuss. It's honest work and we're used to the dust and the noise that comes with it.
