Mahatma Gandhi Post Graduate College sits right on Bank Road in the Purdilpur area of Shahpur. Gorakhpur is a place that stays busy, and Bank Road is definitely one of those spots where there is always something going on. Since we are a post graduate college, plenty of students come through these doors every morning. The building itself has been part of the landscape here for quite some time. It’s got that look of a place that has seen a lot of exams and lectures over the years. We don't try to act like we are some high-tech corporate office. It’s a college, plain and simple. Our space has classrooms, a staff room, and the usual hustle you’d expect in the 273001 area. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit loud, but you get used to it after a few days. The main focus is the teaching part and making sure the students have what they need to get through their courses. No big marketing team works here, just regular people who show up to do their jobs. Being in this part of Gorakhpur is good because it’s central and easy for everyone to reach. Whether it’s a hot summer day or the rainy season, the college keeps running. It’s just a practical place for learning, and we don’t feel the need to dress it up as something else.
