Tilka Manjhi Farmers Producer Company Limited is based at 156 Sarkanda Jamua in the Godda district. We are situated at a place care of Dilip Kumar Gupta. This is a local farmer-led business, and we stay pretty busy with the day-to-day tasks of managing produce. Godda is a place where agriculture is the main thing people do, so we fit right in. Our office isn't anything special to look at. It’s a practical space where we keep our records and a few chairs for when people come by to talk. We don't believe in using big words to sound important. We just speak plainly about what’s happening in the fields. The work can be exhausting, especially during the peak harvest times, but we are used to it. We deal with real problems like pests, rain, and getting things to market on time.
