Sidho Kanho Farmers Producer Companylimited

Our company, Sidho Kanho Farmers, is based out of house number 18 in Nima village. That is in the Manihari block. We have been here for a while now, just working the land and trying to keep things organized. It is a small village and everyone knows each other, so the company is really just an extension of our daily lives. We use the space at house 18 to keep track of what we are growing and who we are selling to. It is nothing fancy, just some desks and a lot of talk about farming. Manihari has its own way of doing things, and we try to stick to that. We are not interested in becoming some massive business that forgets where it came from. We like being in Nima. The work is hard, and sometimes the crops don't do what we want them to do, but that is part of the job. We spend a lot of time out in the fields and then come back to the village to handle the paperwork. It is a simple life and a simple business. We just want to make sure the farmers around here have a fair shake. There are no big bosses here, just a bunch of us working together. We keep the doors open and the tea ready for whoever stops by to talk about the next harvest. It’s a lot of work but it feels right to be doing it together.
