Our place is tucked away in the industrial area over by the Amrit Steel Compound. If you’re coming from Lal Kuan, you probably know the area gets pretty crowded with trucks and people moving crates around all day. We’ve been at Plot No. Ao/03 for a bit now. It’s an old building, but it does the job for what we need. Inside, it’s mostly just rows of machinery and stacks of raw ingredients waiting to be processed. The air always has this sharp, biting scent of spices that hits you as soon as you walk through the gate. Sometimes the machines act up or a delivery is late because of the traffic out front, but we just deal with it as it comes. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. Most of our time is spent making sure the grinders are running smooth and the bags are sealed up tight so nothing spills on the warehouse floor. It’s a loud environment, especially when the steel works next door are busy, but we’ve gotten used to the noise over the years. We take our breaks near the entrance where there’s a bit of a breeze. It’s not a glamorous job, and the floors always need sweeping, but it feels good to see the finished packs ready to go out at the end of the shift.
