Vyanjan Zone

We are located in Akansha Market, which is in the C-Block of Ramprashta. Specifically, we are at C-7-A, LG-A-1. It's a bit of a basement spot, so you have to look for the stairs. Ghaziabad is a busy city, and this market can get quite hectic on the weekends when everyone is out doing their shopping. We’ve been here for a while now, just serving the local community. It isn't a massive restaurant with waiters in uniforms. It's more of a casual zone where you can get a decent meal without spending too much. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but we focus more on the kitchen side of things. We get a lot of families from the nearby apartments who don't feel like cooking dinner. My brother and I run the front, and we have a small crew in the back. We keep things simple. No big promises, just honest food on a plate. Sometimes the delivery guys are buzzing in and out, which makes it feel even more crowded. We like the energy though. It’s a neighborhood spot through and through. We know most of our customers by their first names or at least their usual orders. It feels good to be part of the Ramprashta area.
