Tronica City is where we’ve been for quite a while now, specifically over in Sector A-3 at D 25. If you walk by our place, you can usually smell the spices before you even see the sign. It’s not a fancy office or anything like that, just a solid building where we get the work done every day. Rakesh Masala Pvt. Ltd started out small, and honestly, some days it still feels that way when the orders pile up and the machines are humming in the back. The morning starts early here because the heat gets pretty bad by noon, so we like to get the grinding and packing sorted before the sun is directly overhead. Our neighbors are mostly other industrial units, so there is always a bit of noise from trucks and people moving crates around. We’ve had the same crew for years, mostly local guys who know exactly how the grinders sound when they need a bit of oil. We don’t spend much time on decorations or making things look pretty for visitors because most of our time goes into checking the batches. It’s a bit dusty, and the air is always thick with the scent of turmeric or chili, but that’s just how it is. We’ve seen the area change a lot, with new roads and more buildings going up around us, but we just keep doing what we do in our corner.
