Our place is called Mirch and we are located in the A block market of Sector 44 in Noida. We are on the first floor, at shop number 6. The pin code here is 201303. It’s a local market, so we get a lot of people who live nearby in the sector coming in. We decided to set up on the first floor because it’s a bit more tucked away from the main noise of the street. It’s just a small shop where we focus on the food. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us making sure everything gets done. We spend our mornings getting things ready for the day and our evenings serving whoever comes up the stairs. It’s a straightforward business. We don't have any fancy mission statements or corporate policies. We just focus on working hard and keeping the place running properly. Sector 44 is a good area, and we’ve gotten to know the other shop owners in the market too. Sometimes it’s quiet and sometimes it’s packed, you just never know with this business. We are just a local Noida spot trying to stay afloat and serve the neighborhood. You won’t find any polished marketing here, just us doing our daily work.
