Our office is in the Basera Apartment, specifically at C1 109/7 in Shastri Nagar. It is a bit different because we are running a farmers' company from an apartment building. It’s a quiet residential area, so we don't have the big tractors or trucks right outside our door. Instead, we spend most of our time on our phones and computers, connecting the actual farmers with the people who want to buy their stuff. The room is filled with stacks of papers and maybe a few samples of grain or spices on the shelf. It’s a small space, so we have to stay organized, though sometimes it gets a bit messy when we are busy. We aren't some big corporation with hundreds of employees; it’s just a small team trying to make things work. We drink a lot of tea while we wait for calls from the suppliers. Sometimes we have to go out to the rural areas to see the crops, but the apartment is where the planning happens. It’s a practical setup that keeps our costs low. We don't put on any acts here. If you come by, you’ll just see us working at our desks, probably worrying about transport schedules or market prices. It’s a lot of coordination and hoping that the weather stays good for the guys out in the fields while we handle the logistics from here. We just try to keep things steady.
