Jhalani Traders

We are located over at C 1 6 in Rana Pratap Bagh, right near the Delhi G P O area. It’s a busy spot, and Jhalani Traders has been part of the noise here for quite some time. The building is old, with those thick walls that stay a bit cooler in the heat. Inside, it’s mostly just shelves and ledgers. We trade in various items depending on what the market needs. It’s a lot of buying from one place and selling to another, trying to make sure the numbers add up. The street outside is always full of rickshaws and delivery bikes. You get used to the honking after a while. I usually get in around nine and start by checking the stock. If things are missing, I have to make a few calls. We aren't trying to be the biggest traders in Delhi. We just want to keep the shop running and make sure our regulars are okay. My son helps me out with the computer stuff now because it’s getting harder to do everything by hand. We have a small bench out front where we sit in the evenings. People stop by to chat about the weather or the price of goods. It’s a community thing more than a corporate thing. We don’t have a website or anything like that. People just know where we are. We've been in Rana Pratap Bagh for years and we know most people around us.
