Green World Agro

D-31/1 on Meerut Road is where you will find us. We are right in the middle of the industrial area, which means there is always a truck blocking the entrance or a lot of dust flying around. Green World Agro is a place where we spend a lot of time talking about crops and seeds. The office is small and usually smells a bit like fertilizer or dried grain, depending on what we have in stock that week. We don't have a big team, just a few local guys who know their way around the warehouse. We spend hours weighing things and packing bags. It’s physical work and it can be pretty exhausting when the heat hits in the afternoon. Sometimes the power goes out and we just have to sit and wait, which is just part of being here. We don't have a mission statement or anything like that; we just want to make sure the farmers get what they need so they can get on with their planting. Most of our customers have been coming here for a long time, so we know their names and their stories. It’s a bit messy and there are always papers flying around the desk when the fan is on, but we manage. Meerut Road is busy, but we like the pace and the fact that there is always something happening outside our door.
