Variety Suits Collection

Variety Suits Collection is right on Ambedkar Road in Ghaziabad, right across from Turab Nagar. If you know this part of town, you know it gets very crowded, especially in the evenings when everyone is out shopping. Our shop, Plot No 42 & 43/4, is usually full of big rolls of suit fabric. I started this because there’s always a demand for good suits here. It’s a lot of work, though. We spend the morning moving the heavy bundles around and trying to keep the dust off them. The traffic on Ambedkar Road is constant, so there’s always a bit of noise in the background while we’re talking to customers. Me and a couple of guys who know how to measure and cut are the only ones working here. We often stand out front for a bit of air when it’s not too hot. People come in looking for something for a cousin’s wedding or a new job. We show them different colors, and sometimes they spend an hour just trying to decide between two shades of blue. We don’t mind, it’s part of the job. The tea stalls nearby do good business with us because we’re always ordering chai. It’s a simple setup, nothing too polished, just a place to buy a suit and get it sorted. We’ve been at this for a while and the neighborhood knows us pretty well by now.
