Babu Ram Ratan Lal

We've been here at 73B on Hapur Road in Naveen Market for a while now. Most people around here just call us Babu Ram Ratan Lal because that’s the name on the front of the shop. It’s a busy spot in a crowded area. Every morning we open up and start getting things ready for the day. It’s mostly just us doing the work and making sure things are where they need to be for the customers. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic in Naveen Market, especially on the weekends, but we like the energy. We don’t do anything fancy here. People stop by, ask for what they need, and we help them out as best as we can. The shelves are usually full, though sometimes we’re stuck waiting on a delivery that’s running late. Dealing with the traffic on Hapur Road can be a real headache, yet it’s just part of being in this neighborhood. We know a lot of the regulars by face and sometimes even by name. It’s nice when someone comes in just to say hello while they’re out running their errands. We try to keep things simple and honest. There’s always some paperwork to catch up on or a shelf that needs a bit of dusting. It isn’t a huge operation, just a local place doing what it does every single day. You will usually see the same few faces whenever you walk through the door.
