Churli

We are set up at Ra-11 on the Main Street in Sector 126. We are right across from Gate Number 2 of Amity University. Because of the university, we see a lot of students coming and going all day long. It makes the area feel very alive and loud. We have been here for some time now. Our space is simple. We did not hire any big designers to make it look a certain way. We just put in some tables and chairs and started working. It is a lot of effort to keep everything running smoothly. Some days are smoother than others. When the students have exams, it gets a bit quieter, but usually, it is pretty busy. We do not have any big speeches about what we do. We just make food and serve it. Our kitchen staff works hard. You can hear them laughing or sometimes arguing a bit when things get stressed during lunch. It is a real place with real people. We do not use fancy words on our menu. It is just plain English so everyone knows what they are getting. Sometimes we change things up if we find a better ingredient at the market. We do not have a corporate office or anything like that. It is just us here on the ground. We hope the food is good and people leave feeling full. That is the main thing we care about at the end of the day.
